Winter Holidays

Last winter Peter and his family went to the mountains. They stayed in a small hotel near a ski centre. Every morning Peter and his sister went skiing with their parents. Sometimes they also made a snowman near the hotel. In the afternoons they liked to go to a café where they drank hot chocolate and ate cakes. Peter said that the chocolate in the mountains was sweeter than at home.

One day the weather was very cold, and it started to snow heavily. The family decided to stay inside the hotel. Peter read a book, his sister played computer games, and their parents watched TV. In the evening the snow stopped, and they all went outside to look at the mountains covered in white snow. It was a beautiful view, and Peter took many photos.
